1 lb. Sea Bass (Chilean or any other sea bass or whitefish)
1/2 cup Mindy’s Yummy Sesame, Sesame Sauce
salt & pepper to taste
(Optional: shitake mushrooms or any other veggie to put on top)
Preheat your oven to 450 degrees. Place sea bass (or other white fish) in baking pan/dish. Sprinkle with salt & pepper and then coat with Mindy’s Yummy Sesame Sauce. Bake for about 10-12 minutes, checking for flakiness. (if using a thinner whitefish, check at 9 minutes so as to not overcook.)
Add a little more on top or on the side as a dipping sauce, plate it & enjoy!!
