- 1/2 head of green cabbage (finely shredded)
- 1/2 Head of purple cabbage (finely shredded)
- 2 cups carrots (finely shredded)
- 1 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
- 1/2 cup green onion (sliced)
- 2 cups cooked edamame
- 1-2 cups roasted cashews (based on preference)
- 2 cups crunchy chow Mein Noodles
- chicken, shrimp, or any protein (based on preference)
- Mindy’s Yummy Sesame, Sesame Sauce (as much as desired)
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, except sauce. Once everything is mixed thoroughly, top with Mindy’s Yummy Sesame, Sesame Sauce. Enjoy!
