We LOVE using Mindy’s Yummy Honey Mustard to make our deviled eggs. It is the perfect side dish for the holiday season! Check out our recipe below.
- 6 large eggs
- ice cubes
- 3 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Mindy’s Yummy Honey Mustard
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pinch paprika (for garnish)
Place eggs in a saucepan covered with water. Bring the water to a boil and remove from the heat. Let the eggs stand in hot water for about 15 minutes. Remove eggs from the water and place into a bowl of ice water to cool. Once cool, peel the eggs carefully.
Slice the eggs in half, lengthwise. Remove all of the yolks and put them in a bowl. Using a fork or desired utensil, mash the yolks until they are fine and resemble powder. Stir in mayonnaise, sugar, honey mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper into yolks until the mixture is smooth and evenly distributed. Scoop the yolk mixture into the egg white wells and lightly garnish with paprika. Once finished, allow the deviled eggs to chill in the fridge before serving.
