1 lb. fresh whitefish (whitefish, tilapia, perch, etc.)
2 T. Mindy’s Yummy Honey Mustard Sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1-3 T. grapeseed or avocado oil

Heat up a cast iron skillet or other frying pan with 1-2 T oil. on med-high
heat. Rinse & pat dry fish, brush with remaining oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper
& pan fry flesh side down for 7-8 minutes, turning once with spatula. Pan fry
or another 5 minutes or until flesh flakes easily with fork. At the very end,
spread Mindy’s Yummy Honey Mustard Sauce over the top, plate the fish &
enjoy! (Add a little more on the side as a dipping sauce if desired.) If
preferred, bake it in the oven with sauce on top, adding a little
more on top when done or grill fish, using it on the 2nd, flipped side to
avoid sticking.)
